Snapvie respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Snapvie does not host, store, or distribute any media files. All downloads are processed in real-time from publicly available sources.

If you believe content accessible via Snapvie infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include blocking access to the reported content via our service.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly restricted, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Identification of the material that was restricted and the location at which it previously appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore access to the material in question, unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Snapvie reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
